Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we offer a 90-day return policy from the date you received your order.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
--> Be unworn or unused
--> Be in its original packaging
--> Include proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)
Please note:
--> Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
--> 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
How to Return an Item

Contact Us
Email our support team at support@theherblix.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and the warehouse address. -
Ship It
Send your item to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns. -
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No problem! Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, email us at support@theherblix.com as soon as possible.
After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, in which case our standard return policy will apply.
Received a damaged, or incorrect items?
Inspect your order when you receive it, if it is not up to our high quality standard simply email us at support@theherblix.com and we will assist you promptly!
